Instructions
Marinate the Steak
Whisk lime juice, soy sauce, chipotle paste, cumin, and garlic in a bowl. Add steak and marinate for 10+ minutes.
Cook the Steak
Grill or pan-sear steak for 3-4 minutes per side (medium-rare). Let rest, then slice thinly.
Assemble Bowls
Layer rice, beans, steak, and toppings in bowls. Drizzle with crema and serve!
