- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 1 tbsp butter
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cook sausage in skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain fat.
Push sausage aside; scramble eggs in same skillet. Season.
Divide mixture among tortillas; sprinkle with cheese. Roll tightly.
Bake at 375°F for 10 mins or air fry at 370°F for 6-8 mins until crispy.
