Ingredients

golden Oreo crumbs

melted butter

cream cheese (softened)

cup
powdered sugar
1
cup
freeze-dried strawberries
1
cup
heavy cream
1
tsp
vanilla extract
Instructions
Mix crumbs + butter; press into 9" springform pan. Freeze 10 mins.
Blend strawberries into powder; set aside 2 tbsp for topping.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy.
Whip cream to stiff peaks; fold into cheese mixture.
Swirl in strawberry powder; pour over crust. Top with reserved powder + extra crumbs.
Chill 4+ hours before serving.
