Easy Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake (No-Bake & Foolproof!)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups golden Oreo crumbs
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Mix crumbs + butter; press into 9" springform pan. Freeze 10 mins.
  • Blend strawberries into powder; set aside 2 tbsp for topping.
  • Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy.
  • Whip cream to stiff peaks; fold into cheese mixture.
  • Swirl in strawberry powder; pour over crust. Top with reserved powder + extra crumbs.
  • Chill 4+ hours before serving.
