Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C. Season the beef with salt and pepper, and air fry in batches for 8–10 minutes until browned.
In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onions for 5–7 minutes until translucent.
Add the garlic and cook for another minute before adding the bell peppers.
Stir in the spices: paprika, cumin, cinnamon, and coriander to release their flavors.
Return the browned beef to the pot, add crushed tomatoes and beef stock, and bring to a boil.
Reduce to a gentle simmer, cover, and cook for 25–30 minutes until the beef is tender.
Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Serve over rice or couscous, garnished with parsley.
Notes
Tip: Avoid crowding the air fryer to ensure even browning of the beef!
