  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 slices Sandwich bread or rolls toasted or warmed
  • 100 g Romaine lettuce crisp, for layering
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese shaved
  • 30 ml Caesar dressing for spreading

  • Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Optional: marinate with olive oil, minced garlic, and herbs.
  • Dredge the chicken in a light breading or coat with oil and flour or breadcrumbs.
