Instructions
Pat dry the steaks and rub with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Let sit for a few minutes while you prepare the zucchini.
Heat a skillet over high heat and add the steak. Sear for about 5-7 minutes for medium-rare, then remove and let rest.
In the same skillet, add a little more oil if needed, then add the zucchini. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
Add the butter and remaining minced garlic to the skillet with the zucchini and swirl to create a sauce.
Slice the steak against the grain and serve topped with zucchini and garlic butter sauce. Enjoy!
