  • 500 g Steak cut into portions
  • 400 g Zucchini cut into sticks or half-moons
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 50 g Butter for sauce
  • 15 ml Olive oil for marinating and cooking
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Pat dry the steaks and rub with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Let sit for a few minutes while you prepare the zucchini.
  • Heat a skillet over high heat and add the steak. Sear for about 5-7 minutes for medium-rare, then remove and let rest.
  • In the same skillet, add a little more oil if needed, then add the zucchini. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
  • Add the butter and remaining minced garlic to the skillet with the zucchini and swirl to create a sauce.
  • Slice the steak against the grain and serve topped with zucchini and garlic butter sauce. Enjoy!

Tip: To achieve a good crispiness, avoid overcrowding the pan and ensure that ingredients are dry before cooking.
