Main Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower chopped into bite-sized pieces (about 500 g)
- 300 g mushrooms sliced
- 3-4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Preheat your skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.
Once the oil is hot, add the minced garlic, stirring for 30 seconds until it becomes fragrant.
Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté for about 5 minutes, until they are golden brown and tender.
Stir in the chopped cauliflower and season with salt and pepper.
Cover the skillet and let it cook for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower is tender.
Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley for a burst of color!
