  • 500 g Ground beef seasoned
  • 100 g Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 30 g Parmesan cheese grated
  • 200 g Pizza dough ready to use
  • 15 ml Olive oil for brushing
  • 5 g Salt
  • 2 g Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F) or your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Take a piece of pizza dough and flatten it. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center, followed by a small chunk of cheddar cheese.
  • Fold the dough over the filling and pinch it to seal well.
  • Brush the bombs with olive oil and sprinkle grated Parmesan on top.
  • Place the bombs in the air fryer basket or on a baking sheet and cook for 15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Notes

Tip: You can prepare these bombs ahead of time by chilling them in the fridge for up to 24 hours before cooking.
