  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese cubed
  • 1 can biscuit dough 16.3 oz
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with minced garlic until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  • Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan and cheddar cheese until well combined.
  • Flatten each biscuit dough piece and place a spoonful of the beef-cheese mixture in the center. Fold the dough and pinch the edges to seal.
  • Arrange sealed biscuits on a baking sheet. Brush tops with melted butter.
  • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Add extra garlic powder if you like a stronger flavor. These are great for parties and make-ahead dinners. Pair with dipping sauces like ranch or garlic aioli.
