  • 100 g Cheese sharp cheddar or creamy goat cheese

  • 30 ml Balsamic vinaigrette for drizzling
  • 15 ml Olive oil for brushing
  • 10 g Butter for skillet method

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F). Assemble your sandwich with cheese, veggies, and balsamic vinaigrette between the slices of bread. Brush the outside with olive oil.
  • Place the sandwich in the air fryer basket and cook for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • For the skillet method, heat the skillet over medium heat. Assemble the sandwich similarly and add butter to the pan. Toast for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
