  • 200 g Mozzarella cheese sliced
  • 4 slices Bread sturdy type
  • 20 g Butter for toasting
  • 10 ml Olive oil for optional brushing

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 180°C.
  • Butter the outside of the bread slices, then place mozzarella slices between two pieces of bread.
  • Cook in the air fryer for about 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway until the bread is golden and the cheese has melted.
  • Alternatively, for stovetop, heat a skillet over medium, add butter, and cook the sandwich for 3–4 minutes per side, pressing gently to ensure even melting.

Notes

Tip: Avoid overloading with cheese to keep the bread crisp. Let it rest briefly after cooking for the best texture.
