  • 200 g Cheese mozzarella or cheese of choice
  • 15 ml Olive oil for brushing
  • 2 g Salt to taste
  • 2 g Pepper to taste
  • 100 g Vegetables optional toppings like arugula or onions
  • 15 ml Herbed oil for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • Season the steak generously with salt and pepper, then preheat the grill to high heat.
  • Cook the steak to your liking, then let it rest briefly before slicing it thin against the grain.
  • Warm the flatbread directly on the grill or in a hot oven, brushing lightly with olive oil.
  • Layer the sliced steak over the crispy flatbread, scatter cheese and toppings evenly, and finish with fresh herbs and a drizzle of oil.
  • Slice into wedges or serve whole and enjoy your delicious grilled steak flatbread!
