  • 500 g Chicken breasts pounded to even thickness
  • 250 g Ricotta cheese part-skim or regular
  • 15 g Fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 15 g Fresh chives finely chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 15 ml Olive oil for brushing
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix the ricotta with parsley, chives, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl to create the filling.
  • Pound the chicken to an even thickness, then spread the filling down the center and roll tightly. Secure with toothpicks.
  • Preheat the air fryer. Lightly brush the rolls with olive oil.
  • Cook the rolls in the air fryer until golden brown, about 15 minutes, turning halfway for even cooking.
  • Let the rolls rest for a few minutes before slicing to retain juices.

Notes

Tip: Avoid overfilling the rolls and let them rest after cooking for better texture.
