Instructions
Mix the ricotta with parsley, chives, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl to create the filling.
Pound the chicken to an even thickness, then spread the filling down the center and roll tightly. Secure with toothpicks.

Cook the rolls in the air fryer until golden brown, about 15 minutes, turning halfway for even cooking.
