- 1 lb ground beef (85/15 works best for flavor)
- 5 medium potatoes (Russet or Yukon Gold)
- 1 onion, diced (yellow or sweet)

Brown the Beef
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with onions and garlic until the meat is browned (about 7 minutes). Drain excess grease and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
