  • 500 g Chicken thighs boneless, skinless
  • 200 g Tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes
  • 100 g Yogurt for marinating
  • 30 g Butter for sauce
  • 15 ml Olive oil for cooking
  • 1 pcs Onion chopped
  • 5 g Garlic minced
  • 5 g Ginger minced
  • 10 g Garam masala
  • 5 g Cumin
  • 5 g Coriander
  • 5 g Paprika
  • 200 ml Cream or half-and-half
  • 1 pcs Lemon juice for serving
  • 10 g Cilantro for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the chicken in yogurt and spices for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 200°C. Toss the marinated chicken with oil and arrange in a single layer.
  • Cook until the internal temperature reaches 75°C, about 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway.
  • Sauté onions in butter or oil until translucent, then add garlic, ginger, and spices. Stir in tomato sauce and simmer for 10–15 minutes.
  • Add cream and butter, stirring until glossy.
  • Combine the cooked chicken with the sauce and simmer for another 5–10 minutes. Finish with lemon juice and cilantro.

Notes

Tip: You can use coconut milk for a dairy-free option. Adjust the spices according to your taste preference!
