Instructions
Marinate the chicken in yogurt and spices for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat your air fryer to 200°C. Toss the marinated chicken with oil and arrange in a single layer.
Cook until the internal temperature reaches 75°C, about 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway.
Sauté onions in butter or oil until translucent, then add garlic, ginger, and spices. Stir in tomato sauce and simmer for 10–15 minutes.
Add cream and butter, stirring until glossy.
Combine the cooked chicken with the sauce and simmer for another 5–10 minutes. Finish with lemon juice and cilantro.
Notes
Tip: You can use coconut milk for a dairy-free option. Adjust the spices according to your taste preference!
