  • 4 pieces Chicken thighs or breasts skinless, bone-in recommended
  • 30 ml Peri peri sauce for marinade
  • 15 ml Olive oil for brushing
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to a high temperature, around 200°C.
  • Pat the chicken pieces dry and coat them evenly with the peri peri sauce.
  • Brush the air fryer basket with olive oil and place the chicken in a single layer.
  • Cook for approximately 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 74°C.
  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving to retain moisture.

Notes

Tip: Adjust the seasoning and heat of the peri peri sauce according to your preference. A splash of lemon juice at the end can enhance the flavor.
