Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to a high temperature, around 200°C.
Pat the chicken pieces dry and coat them evenly with the peri peri sauce.
Brush the air fryer basket with olive oil and place the chicken in a single layer.
Cook for approximately 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 74°C.
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving to retain moisture.

Tip: Adjust the seasoning and heat of the peri peri sauce according to your preference. A splash of lemon juice at the end can enhance the flavor.
