  • 200 g White cheddar cheese good melting cheese
  • 8 slices Sturdy sandwich bread such as sourdough or brioche
  • 30 g Butter for grilling
  • 15 ml Honey to drizzle or sweeten lightly
  • 2 g Salt optional, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 175°C (350°F).
  • Assemble the sandwich with sliced peaches and white cheddar between bread, buttered on the outside.
  • Place it in the air fryer and cook until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted, flipping once.
  • Allow the sandwich to rest for a minute, then slice and serve.
