beef broth

Instructions
Sear for Flavor (5 Minutes)
Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven. Season the roast with salt, pepper, and coffee grounds. Sear all sides until golden brown.
Slow Cook to Tenderness (3 Hours)
Add broth, garlic, and onions. Cover and cook at 325°F until meat shreds easily.
OR
use a slow cooker on low for 8 hours.
Rest & Serve (10 Minutes)
Let the roast rest 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with garlic mashed potatoes or roasted veggies.
