  • 30 g Jerk seasoning
  • 60 g Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • 30 g Green onions chopped
  • 5 g Salt to taste
  • 5 g Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 175 °C.
  • In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, jerk seasoning, breadcrumbs, egg, green onions, salt, and pepper.
  • Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 2.5 cm in diameter.
  • Arrange the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until they’re fully cooked.

Tip: If you want more flavor, let the meat mixture marinate for a few hours or overnight.
