  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 100 g Parmesan cheese finely grated
  • 100 g Breadcrumbs gluten-free optional
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil optional for moisture
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped, optional
  • 0.5 tsp Thyme optional
  • 0.5 tsp Oregano optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, garlic, parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, and herbs until just mixed.
  • Shape the mixture into a loaf in a loaf pan or onto a baking sheet lined with parchment.
  • Bake for about 45 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F); let rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
