  • 30 ml Fish sauce
  • 15 ml Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 5 g Lemongrass finely chopped
  • 5 g Garlic minced
  • 5 g Ginger grated
  • 2 g Black pepper
  • 15 ml Vegetable oil for brushing

  • In a bowl, mix together the fish sauce, lemon juice, lemongrass, garlic, ginger, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  • Coat the chicken thighs evenly in the marinade and let them sit for at least 15 minutes.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
  • Place the marinated chicken in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
  • Air fry the chicken for about 15 minutes, flipping halfway, until they are golden and cooked through.
  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
