  • 5 g Garlic minced
  • 5 g Ginger minced
  • 30 g Brown sugar
  • 4 g Green onions sliced
  • 200 g White rice cooked, for serving
  • 100 g Carrots diced, optional
  • 100 g Spinach optional, for added nutrition

Instructions
 

  • Start by preheating your air fryer to 200°C.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and brown sugar. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Put the mixture in the air fryer basket and cook for about 10 minutes, shaking halfway through for even cooking.
  • Ensure the internal temperature reaches at least 70°C before serving.
  • Serve the beef over cooked white rice and top with sliced green onions and optional vegetables such as carrots and spinach.
