Ingredients

For the Fruit Salad

  • 1.5 cups strawberries quartered
  • 1.5 cups clementine sections halved
  • 1.5 cups pineapple chopped
  • 1.5 cups green grapes halved
  • 1 cup mint leaves chopped
  • 1.5 cups blueberries
  • 1.5 cups blackberries
  • 1.5 cups purple grapes halved

For the Maple Lime Dressing

  • 0.33 cup orange juice
  • 1 large lime zested and juiced
  • 1 tsp maple syrup optional
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  • In a small jar, whisk together orange juice, lime juice and zest, maple syrup (if using), and a pinch of salt until well combined. Pour into the bottom of a large clear canister or jar.
  • Layer each fruit ingredient one at a time, starting with strawberries and ending with blackberries or grapes to preserve color contrast. Seal and refrigerate until serving.
  • When ready to serve, flip the canister over a large serving bowl so the dressing drizzles over the fruit layers. Toss gently and enjoy chilled.

Notes

Feel free to swap or add seasonal fruits like kiwi, mango, or peaches. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
