  • 400 g Chicken breast fillets about 2 fillets
  • 4 slices Bacon rashers crispy
  • 100 g Lettuce leaves crisp
  • 200 g Tomato sliced thick
  • 45 ml Mayonnaise to taste
  • 4 slices Sturdy bread like Texas toast or sourdough
  • 2 slices Cheese optional, Swiss or cheddar
  • 1 pinch Garlic powder for seasoning
  • 1 pinch Paprika for seasoning
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Pepper to taste
  • 1 avocado Optional extras sliced
  • 1 pickle Optional extras spear

Instructions
 

  • Pat the chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Let marinate for 15–30 minutes.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) and air fry the chicken for 8–12 minutes until cooked through.
  • Crisp the bacon in the air fryer for 6–8 minutes until nice and crispy.
  • Spread mayonnaise on both slices of toasted bread. Layer lettuce, tomato, chicken, bacon, and cheese if using, then top with any extras.
  • Cut the sandwich diagonally and serve it with your favorite sides.

Notes

Tip: Prevent soggy bread by blotting excess moisture from tomato slices and assembling just before serving.
