  • 500 g Potatoes waxy, cut into cubes
  • 15 ml Olive oil extra virgin
  • 200 g Ground beef or turkey
  • 100 g Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 50 g Sour cream optional
  • 50 g Lettuce shredded
  • 50 g Tomato diced
  • 10 g Spices cumin and paprika

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F). Toss potatoes with olive oil and spices, then add them to the air fryer basket.
  • Cook potatoes in the air fryer for about 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • While potatoes are cooking, brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
  • Assemble the bowls by placing a layer of crispy potatoes, followed by beef, cheese, lettuce, and tomato. Add a dollop of sour cream on top if desired.
