Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon skinless
  • 60 ml Mango teriyaki sauce for glazing
  • 1 large Ripe mango diced
  • 50 g Red onion finely chopped
  • 15 g Fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 g Salt to taste
  • 1 g Jalapeño optional, finely chopped

Instructions

  • Start by making a mango teriyaki-inspired glaze to coat the salmon. Spread the glaze evenly on the fillets and let them rest for a bit to meld the flavors with the fish.
  • Preheat the air fryer. Place the marinated salmon in a single layer in the basket. Cook until the fish turns opaque and flakes easily, approximately 15 minutes.
  • For the salsa, mix diced mango, red onion, fresh cilantro, lime juice, and salt in a bowl. Optionally, add jalapeño for heat.
  • Once the salmon is cooked, serve it with the salsa spooned over the top or on the side.

Notes

Tip: To achieve the best crispiness, pat the salmon dry before coating it and avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket.
