  • 500 g Mashed potatoes homemade or leftovers
  • 100 g Shredded cheese cheddar works well

  • to taste Seasoning salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 175°C.
  • In a bowl, mix the mashed potatoes, cheese, egg, and seasoning until well blended.
  • Scoop about 30g of the mixture and shape it into a ball. Roll in breadcrumbs for added crunch.
  • Place the puffs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they don’t touch.
  • Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and golden.
  • Allow them to cool slightly before serving—they’ll be hot and cheesy!

Notes

Tip: Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket—chilling the puffs in the fridge for about 30 minutes before cooking helps them hold their shape better.
