Ingredients
  

  • 2 bagels (sesame or plain)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices American cheese
  • 1/2 lb sirloin steak (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1/2 tsp maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Slice the steak thinly and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook the steak in a hot pan for 2-3 minutes per side until crispy.
  • Whisk eggs with a splash of milk and cook on low heat, folding gently.
  • Toast the bagel lightly and spread the breakfast sauce (mayo, mustard, maple syrup).
