  • 100 g Feta cheese crumbled
  • 15 ml Olive oil for binding
  • 1 g Salt to taste
  • 1 g Black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Start by preparing your greens and cheese mixture. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, crumbled feta, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Shape the mixture into small rounds or patties.
  • Place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving some space between each piece for air to circulate. Lightly spray with oil for even browning.
  • Cook at a medium temperature for about 10-15 minutes, or until the edges turn golden and the centers are set.
  • Let the crisps rest for a moment after you take them out; they will firm up as they cool.
