Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add water to form a soft dough.
Knead the dough until smooth and elastic, then let it rest for about 10 minutes.
Divide the dough into portions, shape them into rounds, and flatten them to about 1 cm thick.
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C. Place the dough rounds in the air fryer basket and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden and crisp.
Once cooked, layer the fry bread with your choice of meat or beans, chopped vegetables, cheese, and any additional toppings like sour cream or salsa.
