  • 10 g Ras el Hanout or a similar spice blend
  • 1 lemon Lemon zest for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Pat the chicken pieces dry and lightly coat them with olive oil and the spice blend.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
  • Arrange the chicken in a single layer in the air fryer, ensuring they aren’t crowded.
  • Cook for about 20 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 74°C.
  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Tip: Ensure the chicken pieces are patted dry for maximum crispiness. Also, avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket to prevent steaming.
