  • 250 g All-purpose flour
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 100 g Nutella
  • 100 g Marshmallows cut in half
  • 125 g Butter softened
  • 1 unit Egg large
  • 5 g Baking powder
  • 2 g Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add in the egg and Nutella, mixing well. Gradually stir in the flour, baking powder, and salt until combined.
  • Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Top each cookie with marshmallow halves.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden. Let cool on the baking sheet for a minute before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Tip: For a lighter cookie, consider using mini marshmallows or reducing the amount of Nutella.
