Instructions
Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
Remove damaged outer leaves from the cabbage and cut into 1-inch-thick steaks.
Brush both sides of the cabbage steaks with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Arrange the steaks on a lined baking sheet, ensuring there is space between them.
Roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through for even browning.
Finish with a sprinkle of chopped herbs or Parmesan and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
