10ozoyster mushroomstrimmed and torn into bite-sized pieces
1tbspextra virgin olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepperto taste
For the Garlic Butter
2tbspunsalted butter
1clovegarlicminced or grated
1/4cupfresh Italian parsleychopped
Instructions
Gently wipe mushrooms with a cloth to remove dirt. Trim the tough stems and tear into even pieces.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add olive oil and arrange mushrooms in a single layer.
