  • 100 g Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 100 g Breadcrumbs
  • 30 g Fresh herbs like parsley or basil
  • 120 ml Heavy cream
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 30 ml Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Air Fryer Method:
    Preheat your air fryer to 200 °C.
  • Coat each chicken cutlet with olive oil, then dip in a mix of Parmesan and breadcrumbs.
  • Arrange the cutlets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through until they're golden brown.
  • Oven Alternative: Preheat your oven to 190 °C.
  • Prepare the chicken cutlets the same way with the coating.
  • Put them on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until they're cooked through.
  • Making the Sauce: In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until it smells fantastic.
  • Slowly add heavy cream and stir everything together.
  • Let the sauce simmer for 5-7 minutes until it thickens a little, stirring occasionally.

Notes

Tip: If you want a crispier crust, let the coated chicken sit for 10 minutes before cooking.
Avoid cramming too many cutlets in the air fryer or on the baking sheet to ensure everything cooks evenly.
