  • 7 g Yeast dry active
  • 1 g Cinnamon for rolling

Instructions
 

  • Start by choosing your ripe peaches and getting them ready for the filling. Slice or dice them evenly and toss with some sugar.
  • Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread the cooled peach filling across the surface, then roll into a tight log.
  • Slice the log into rolls and place them on a prepared pan. Let them rest before baking.
  • Bake the rolls at 180°C for 25 minutes until golden brown.
