Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine 226 g of softened cream cheese, 120 g of shredded cheddar cheese, 100 g of pepper jelly, and 2.5 g of garlic powder.
Mix until it’s well combined. You can use a hand mixer for a smoother texture or a spatula if you prefer it chunkier.
Shape the mixture into a ball and roll it in 50 g of chopped nuts for a nice crunchy coating.
Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour to let the flavors blend together.
