  • 226 g Cream cheese softened
  • 120 g Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 100 g Sweet and spicy pepper jelly
  • 50 g Chopped nuts like pecans or walnuts
  • 2.5 g Garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine 226 g of softened cream cheese, 120 g of shredded cheddar cheese, 100 g of pepper jelly, and 2.5 g of garlic powder.
  • Mix until it’s well combined. You can use a hand mixer for a smoother texture or a spatula if you prefer it chunkier.
  • Shape the mixture into a ball and roll it in 50 g of chopped nuts for a nice crunchy coating.
  • Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour to let the flavors blend together.
  • When it’s time to serve, drizzle a little more pepper jelly on top for an impressive touch!

Tip: For smooth mixing, make sure your cream cheese is at room temperature.
