Instructions
Cook Pasta
Boil pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
Chop Veggies
Dice all vegetables uniformly.
Make Garlic Sauce
Whisk together yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, mustard, salt, and pepper.
Assemble Salad
In a large bowl, combine pasta, veggies, and sauce. Toss gently.
