Ingredients

ground beef (80/20)

cup
breadcrumbs
1
egg
1
tsp
Worcestershire sauce
1/2
tsp
garlic powder
1/2
tsp
onion powder
Salt & pepper to taste

tbsp
olive oil
1
cup
sliced mushrooms
1
small onion, diced
2
cups
beef broth
1
tbsp
cornstarch (optional, for thicker gravy)
Instructions
Mix beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire, and seasonings. Form into 1.5-inch meatballs.
Heat oil in a skillet. Brown meatballs on all sides (5-6 mins). Remove and set aside
Sauté mushrooms and onions until soft. Add broth and simmer 5 mins.
Return meatballs to skillet. Simmer 10 mins until cooked through. Thicken gravy with cornstarch if desired.
Serve hot over mashed potatoes or noodles.
Notes
For extra richness, stir in a splash of heavy cream at the end.
