  • 500 g Salmon fillets center-cut
  • 200 g Ricotta cheese fresh
  • 100 g Asparagus trimmed, cut to size
  • 1 g Lemon for zest and juice
  • 5 g Fresh basil chopped
  • 15 ml Olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 g Salt to taste
  • 1 g Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, lemon zest, lemon juice, and basil. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Place a scoop of the ricotta mixture and an asparagus spear on each salmon fillet, then roll tightly and secure with a toothpick if needed.
  • Drizzle the rolls with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Arrange the rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for about 15 minutes until the salmon is just cooked through and slightly crispy on the outside.
  • Let the salmon rolls rest briefly before serving, drizzled with extra lemon juice if desired.

Notes

Tip: Roll the salmon tightly but not too tightly to keep the filling in place. A brief chill in the refrigerator can help maintain their shape.
