  • 200 g Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 slices Garlic bread or toasted garlic-butter bread
  • 100 g Cheese mild cheddar or mozzarella, grated
  • 15 g Butter for spreading
  • 1 ml Lemon juice optional, for brightness
  • 1 g Salt
  • 1 g Pepper
  • 1 g Garlic powder optional

Instructions
 

  • Pat the shrimp dry and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Butter the outside of each slice of garlic bread.
  • Layer cheese, seasoned shrimp, and more cheese between two slices of garlic bread.
  • Cook in a skillet over medium heat, pressing down, until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  • If using an air fryer, preheat to 190°C and cook for 6-8 minutes.

Notes

Tip: For added flavor, consider squeezing some lemon juice on the shrimp before serving.
