Instructions
Pat the shrimp dry and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Butter the outside of each slice of garlic bread.
Layer cheese, seasoned shrimp, and more cheese between two slices of garlic bread.
Cook in a skillet over medium heat, pressing down, until golden brown and cheese is melted.
If using an air fryer, preheat to 190°C and cook for 6-8 minutes.
Notes
Tip: For added flavor, consider squeezing some lemon juice on the shrimp before serving.
