  • 1500 g Beef roast
  • 250 g Cranberry sauce
  • 120 ml Balsamic vinegar
  • 300 g Onions chopped
  • 10 g Garlic minced
  • 500 ml Vegetable broth

Instructions
 

  • Start by mixing the cranberry sauce and balsamic vinegar together until combined.
  • Preheat your oven to 163 °C.
  • Put the marinated beef in a roasting pan.
  • Scatter the onions and garlic around the beef.
  • Pour vegetable broth over the beef.
  • Braise in the oven for 180 minutes or until it becomes tender.
  • For a quicker option, prepare the beef as directed, then pop it in the air fryer at 150 °C for 60 minutes.
