  • 100 g Bread crumbs as a binder
  • 1 large Egg beaten
  • 100 ml BBQ sauce for glaze
  • 20 g Onion finely chopped
  • 10 g Garlic minced
  • 5 g Salt to taste
  • 2 g Black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Start by carefully combining ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion, garlic, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Avoid overworking the mixture to keep it light.
  • Portion the mixture into oiled muffin cups, pressing gently to shape the tops.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Arrange the cups in a single layer and cook for about 15 minutes until browned.
  • Brush the tops with BBQ sauce during the last few minutes of cooking for a glossy finish.

Notes

Tip: Avoid crowding the muffin cups to ensure even cooking. Let them rest for a few minutes before removing to maintain moisture.
