- 1 lb cooked chicken breast, cubed
- 1 cup black beans, rinsed
- 1 cup corn
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp low-sugar BBQ sauce
- 1/2 tsp each: salt, black pepper, cumin, paprika, chili powder
- 1/2 lime, juiced (optional)
