  • 250 g Large pasta shells
  • 200 g Ground meat or veggies your choice of filling
  • 150 g Cream cheese for creaminess
  • 100 g Shredded cheese for topping
  • 250 ml Tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil for cooking filling
  • 50 g Fresh herbs like parsley or cilantro, chopped
  • 1 pc Salt to taste
  • 1 pc Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Cook the pasta shells in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked protein or veggies with cream cheese, Cajun seasoning, and fresh herbs.
  • Fill each shell with the mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  • Top with tomato sauce and shredded cheese.
  • Bake for about 20 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
