Instructions
Combine the chipotle peppers, lime juice, garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl to make the marinade.

Preheat your air fryer to 205°C. Spread the marinated beef in a single layer in the air fryer.
Cook for 8–10 minutes until the beef reaches desired doneness (medium-rare at 63°C).
Rest the beef for a few minutes before slicing or adding to salad bowls.
Assemble the salad by layering greens, corn, beans, tomatoes, avocado, red onion, cilantro, and finally, the air-fried beef on top.
Finish with cheese and crushed tortilla chips, then drizzle with lime dressing and serve immediately.
