  • Large Skillet

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 500 g Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 15 ml Olive oil for blackening
  • 1 g Paprika to taste
  • 1 g Cayenne pepper to taste
  • 1 g Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 150 ml Broth chicken or vegetable

Instructions

  • Start by patting the shrimp dry and tossing them with a light coat of oil and your blackening spices.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 200°C. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer and cook for about 6–8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they’re opaque and just firm.
  • Meanwhile, sauté the onion and garlic in a large skillet until fragrant.
  • If using, add the mushrooms and cook until softened.
  • Stir in the broth and bring to a simmer, then reduce the heat and whisk in the sour cream or yogurt.
  • Fold in the cooked shrimp into the sauce to combine and heat briefly.
  • Serve the shrimp stroganoff over the cooked pasta.

Notes

Tip: You can swap sour cream for crème fraîche for a creamier texture. This dish is flexible, so feel free to substitute proteins or dairy as needed.
