  • 500 g Chicken juicy, for marinating
  • 200 ml Coconut milk for sauce
  • 30 g Spice mix to taste
  • 15 ml Olive oil for cooking
  • 1 Lime for garnish
  • 50 g Fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the chicken in coconut milk and spice mix for at least 15 minutes.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 190°C.
  • Pat the chicken dry and coat with olive oil before placing it in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook the chicken in the air fryer for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 74°C.
  • Finish by tossing the cooked chicken in a warm coconut sauce and serve immediately.
