Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 6 large Eggs for hard boiling
  • 45 g Mayonnaise about 3 tablespoons
  • 5 g Dijon mustard about 1 teaspoon
  • 5 g Chili garlic sauce about 1 teaspoon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Prepare the filling: Cut each egg in half lengthwise, scoop out the yolks, and put them in a mixing bowl.

Notes

Pro Tip: Use fresh eggs for easier peeling and adjust the heat by changing the amount of chili garlic sauce you add.
