Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • Mixing Bowl

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 500 g Ground meat beef, chicken, or turkey
  • 200 g Spinach fresh, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 50 g Breadcrumbs optional for binding
  • 1 large Egg for binding
  • 5 g Salt to taste
  • 5 g Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, chopped spinach, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into meatballs, about the size of a golf ball.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (360°F) for about 5 minutes.
  • Place the meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not crowded.
  • Cook the meatballs for 15 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.

Notes

Tip: Don’t crowd the air fryer basket; space is key for crispy meatballs! Adjust the meat-to-spinach ratio to suit your taste.
