Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, chopped spinach, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Shape the mixture into meatballs, about the size of a golf ball.
Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (360°F) for about 5 minutes.
Place the meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not crowded.
Cook the meatballs for 15 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.

Tip: Don’t crowd the air fryer basket; space is key for crispy meatballs! Adjust the meat-to-spinach ratio to suit your taste.
